I am a proud Jaguarpc-member for almost 2 years now, I first choose the Gigadeal (now called the GigaDeal X5). After a few months the popularity of my website increased and I decided to change to the semi-dedicated plan, note that the tech support of Jaguarpc helped me from A to Z with the server-move as I am a total zero in Linux. As from end last year I run my very own server hosted here at Jaguarpc and I am still very happy about the service provided, I didn't have a downtime in the last 40 days and in case of an error the problem is solved ASAP by tech support. I would recommend Jaguarpc to everyone!

I have dealt with a number of hosting companies over the years but never have I experienced the high level of service I have found with Jaguarpc. Their level of customer service is exceptional, nothing seems to be too much trouble. They are the only hosting company I have dealt with that has been completely trouble and hassle free. Signed up about 6 days ago and could not be happier!!! The support has been super helpful! A+ Do you guys ever sleep? The JagPC Tech Support has been 1,000 times better than my last VPS provider that was ranked 6-8 in best Hosting provider on the internet, oddly enough. Excellent pricing, abundant features, automatic installation and configuration of most of the public domain software out there, the best control panel I have seen ... and a fast and very knowledgeable support team that do exactly what I need without lengthy explanation. The only other thing one could ask for would be georgraphic redundancy - but not at this price!

I have been with a few different hosting companies. Once I found jag (almost 2 years ago now) I have never seen a reason to move. Support is great, and they are constantly offering new services and packages to keep at the top of the market. Great job guys, keep it up!

I just finished broadcasting a stream (48kbps Mp3Pro Stereo) for over 50 people and I can't be happier. Previous providers, which were specifically in the streaming business, always had problems on Fridays and people reported a lot of buffering going on. Today, not a single person reported buffering problems which was just incredible. We do a small time 1 hour talk show about a forum and everyone used to complain regarding constant buffering. Today, this has disappeared completely. Thank you JPC. You've made another customer happy.

But I've been with you guys for nearly three years now and you've been great. I particularly appreciate your determination to keep your equipment and hosting plans current. JaguarPC has great Customer Service and superior value. Nobody offers the best combination of price, features and customer service...we used to call that "Value for the money". Jag's servers are zippy fast, and downloads are spectacular. Jag's reliability has let me spend more time rescuing sheepdogs, and less time worrying about my website.

When I came to JaguarPC it was from another host which had a lot of problems and I'm happy to say, that it has been a smooth ride ever since. My website is a lowkey non technical, non business kind of website with ample space for me to learn and play around with various web technologies. Thankfully JaguarPC has room for that and to answer some of the funny questions I sometimes have to ask to make things work.

The overall look of their website is quite proffesional and gives me a feeling I can trust these people to deliver good service. There data center looks pretty well secured as well which also tells me I can trust these people with my data. The information they offer is enough to make want to sign up with them. The control panel demo show you excactly what you can expect and is easily to oversee. I like this company allready only by the looks of there site and the information they provide about there service. They have affiliate program and interesting offers for the potential customers.

JaguarPC provide excellent technical support, a support forum and lots of features for a minimal investment. You can sign up for the GigiDeal which includes 1000mg space, 45gb traffic, unlimited email, unlimited mysql databases, cpanel and much more. Any problems I've had have been responded to within 10 minutes of the time I enter the ticket. Give them a try, I think you will be happy with JaguarPC.
