I've hade some communication problems with support but in the end most my problems has been solved and for the low price I pay for shared hosting here and the amount of features I get for that price, I can live with minor issues. (The only reason for me to switch would be to get hosting closer to Sweden since I live here and most of my visitors too, but that has nothing to do with the service here.) But if those accusations on that forum isn't true, then I really feel bad for you because it does leave a bad taste and maybe it could "inspire" people to switch when it's not necessary.
