I was a customer for about 7 yrs. Sadly, the decline of server reliability and increasing downtime made me move to a new host last week. I remember reading an article around 2001 that listed JaguarPC as the #2 web host. And I thought to myself, that's what I want. I don't want the smug guy at #1 who thinks he's safe and on top of the world. I want the guy who's #2, because he's still got something to prove. He's got something left to show--he's not done climbing mountains. That was the best decision of my life. I have never regretted the day I signed up with JaguarPC. My significant other now has a semi-dedicated on JaguarPC because of him watching my experiences with them as a host. Thank you for being there, and may you be here long into the future. The difference with JagPC, and what has ultimately kept me with JagPC, is support. Having my own dedicated server I handle a lot of my own issues. However, if there ever is a need for support it is a big issue that I cannot tackle on my own. With that... JagPC nails down these issues immediately. Often times I come across an issue and it is already resolved before I get to hit "submit" in the support system, because they were already aware of the issue. I have no reason to leave JagPC, ever. Additionally, I have referred many of my own clients to JagPC for hosting. Keep up the good work and you'll have me as a customer for life.
