Hi Ron,
I know you mean and, I can transfer it to JPC at anytime when it needed, I do not need the trademark and of course not want trouble.
I just registered it for SEO reason and dedicated on Promoting JPC.
I have no malicious, really!
I suggest I use it for temporary and give it back to JPC when they'd like to withdraw all domain name with "Jaguarpc" in it.
Thanks!
Elva
We have not internally discussed the jaguarpc.biz yet, I'm sure it will come up in our management meeting. That might be a little closer than we want to go with things but we have many clients who have jaguarpccoupons or jaguarpchosting or stuff like that to promote our affiliate program. Our policy has been that as long as they are using it for our affiliate program and for good intentions there is no issues.
As you know, the web hosting industry is a very different industry compared to the rest of the world. In the real world you send clients to collections for not paying their bill, in the hosting industry you just cancel the invoice and move on. The same is true for sites like these. We have the ability to file a request to obtain the domain if things go bad because we hold the copyright to the name. No worries for now.
Merry Christmas

Ummm
1) Trademark, not copyright.
2) Once you are aware of the situation, you must enforce your trademark or else you have condoned the situation and will lose it.
But if it were me, since he's in a good mood and doesn't want to upset you, I'd get an agreement from him allowing him to use the trademark for a specific term for specific purposes for a nominal sum, perhaps the same amount you pay him for it. A win-win situation.
Or you can wait until perhaps the relationship goes south and fight it out after condoning it.
But I'm sure you've got it covered with the corporate lawyer.
