Ok some points of note:

This system can not and will not process invoices, charges, credits, anything at all so dont worry about being billed for stuff of course.

It is not currently activating accounts or duplicating them, the mod to actually complete that step is off but I might enable it next week for more thorough testing.

This system is skinable/themable and terribly simple, one html/design file. I didnt know it at the time but I have since come to learn that coppermine photo gallery is also a one file skinable system so if your wanting to see what I mean before we release any code go check out coppermine photo gallery. No, we didnt use, borrow, or base our design off it at all. Its just a coincendence I suppose that we both use a very simple one file theme system.

There are several sections Ive pulled annotated with red asterisks. they are listed out of place on the main page. We are not going to put those up for testing just yet. There are a few areas such as invioce details and listing that bring up nothing, I didnt laod those yet and silly me planned a beta launch on thanksgiving. I'll get those areas up this weekend.

Well there it is for now. There should be frequent, daily or at the worst 2-3 days beween updates to the system until its ready to go. Im still refining the admin side of this while you guys are testing the client side. Id like to roll out a complete system very very soon. ( 2-3weeks? ) even if we have to leave the beta tag affixed to it for a bit.

To open a thread discussing a bug you found please title the thread starting with BUG: like so

BUG: cant create a .....

If its a potentially dangerous bug that could pose a security issue to our site, server, or database please contact me in private via email or a forum PM .

We have our own official bug software to track the whole system. Id rather collect bug you find here in an informal setting and correct them if they are minor issues or decide if they should be entered into the real bug tracking system.

I forgot to tell some that your login name is either one of your email contacts used in billing now not the old username you were used to.

If you get locked out of the system from too many failed login attempts or whatever kind of hacking your testing out on the login or other parts of the sytem, just pm me. I encourage some foul play be attempted so we can find vulnerabilities in the system before someone with truly nasty plans does.

Also it should be noted we are testing of course with all error reporting on so even simple notices could be generated, Ideally we would like to remote every single thing php gripes about.

Im gonna slap up a happy face icon on bug threads that are closed and fixed for easier reading. Feel free to slap an unhappy purple smiley on bug threads when you open them.
