Awstats and Plesk

Does anybody have awstats working properly on their Plesk VPS? I got upgraded to the latest Plesk (on which AWStats is supposed to work) and AWStats now lets me select each month but every months stats show the previous months stats as 0. I opened a suppor ticket yesterday and was told that SWSoft techs are working on this and this was treated as a problem. Today I still have the same issue and when I asked for updates on it I got this:

"You can select the month from the drop down list against 'Select period' on the top of the URL: http://www.ibookdb.net/plesk-stat/webstat/
It is showing the stats for previous months. Please check.
Do let us know if you need further assistance."

and I'm being treated as if there is no problem. So if any of you have successfully resolved this issue, please let me know how.
