Installing phpmotion where to start?

Hi I am completely new to jaguarpc hosting and the concept of video sharing. I recently read about phpmotion as being a good script, however could someone point me in the right direction on the easiest way to install the script on my site?

There are various ways to install it on your site. You can ask your developer to help you in doing this or contact vendor's support to do it for you. Also you can open a ticket with Technical Support Department and Techs will assist you in the installation of PHPMotion on your site. Thank you.

the script itself is easy to install as long as you have hosting backup from tech, as phpshield sometimes goes abit wrong on install if server is not configured for it,
