    XML Template?

I just purchased an XML template and I was wondering how to use it on my website?
I have absolutely ZERO knowledge about anything on jagaurpc or the cPanel.
I can definitely get my way around a computer though.
I am a student and want to set up a portfolio website for my videos.
Someone please help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated!

What kind of XML template? For which program?

The template I have comes in a Folder called "Template" and I believe its a flash site.
Within this folder has sub folders and files:

    index.swf_as*
    modules*
    style*
    swfadress*
    AC_RunActiveContent.js
    index.html
    index.swf
    index.swf.fla
    index.swf.flp

    * = folder
    _______________

I have been able to throw all my videos and photos in the template and it's ready to go. I just don't know how to make the template/sitedesign viewable on my site?
    Thanks

Okay, so in the file manager: I go into the public_html folder and the hit the upload button? I can upload my files but not my folders? Am I taking the right approach?
I would like a step by step instructional if possible haha, sorry for the trouble!

The Best why would be to log in via FTP or SSH using a program like WinSCP or CuteFTP or if you used Firefox there is a FTP Extention for it, (cant remember the name)

Once logged in (the default user name and password is your cpanel user name and password but you can set up different ones inside cPanel-- Look under the "FTP Heading", which I would recommend for Security Reasons more than anything)

Anyway once logged in the Program will show the Remote File System(Your JPC Account) on the Right, and your Local File system on the left, Find the "public_html" folder in right side, and your template in the left side, Simply Select all of the files in your template and Drag and drop them to the Right side, this will upload everything.

Then Navigate to your Domain Name and you should see your site,

Select all = including the subfolders; you'll need those too.
