    Come on!! Again??? the server andromeda is having issues again, the web server is down for more than an hour now. Couple of weeks ago it happened the same (the webserver was down for several hours, luckily at weekend night that time). Are you really monitoring the servers???

    Sorry to hear that you are having problems with Andromeda again Yorch. I don't see Andromeda as currently being offline. Are you still having issues this morning?

    The server is up, but the web server (apache) is down (mail is working but website are not), for more than 3 hours now..

    Do you have a ticket in with technical support yet Yorch? I would hate for you to wait any longer than you already have for a resolution. Keep me updated here so that I can make sure that your problem gets resolved.

    Technical Support has opened your ticket and responded. They are addressing the issues at this very moment and your full services will be restored as soon as they can resolve the matter. You may want to take this opportunity to address your recurring issues with technical support as well. Maybe there is something that could be done to assist you with your troubles that seem to pop up every now and then.

    Problems with andromeda again.. the server is down for almost an hour already... is this something that is scheduled to happen every month (3 months in a row now)??

    I submitted a ticket long ago (13485731) and I have already seen the maintenance post (Maintenance - andromeda.nocdirect.com).

    Hi Yorch,
    The server is back online and as Katrina has said in the maintenance thread, CloudLinux will be installed on this server. If you don't know much or anything about CloudLinux then you can read more about it in these two blog posts.

    Besides the downtimes the server has had for the past several months, there is a problem with the email that happens every week or every other week, where the users (using POP or IMAP) get prompted for their password continuously and after 10 or 20 minutes, the problem disappears (it has been probably over a year since this started).

    I have put tickets regarding this issue on the past, but no solution has been given. Couple of hours ago, the problem appeared again.

    It would be nice the technicians can investigate this issue over this morning's logs, it would definitely help my business stop loosing customers.

    If I put another ticket on this, the response I'll have would be probably like this (again):

    I couldn't find any problem on the server as it is working fine now. Please try on your end and let us know.

    (Obviously, by the time I get this response, the problem is already gone, but my customers did notice it)
