OK, so about 2 hours now that cressida is down. I just love it when my phone starts ringing with clients who want to know why the can't use their email or access their websites.
I don't panic when the server is down for a couple of minutes but two hours in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday is cause for alarm. Support ticket opened.
I don't see any upgrades or maintenance planned so I must figure that the server is just unresponsive. It would be nice if tech support would kill a stuck process or just reboot the server. Heck, even an announcement that the server has gone haywire and tech support is on it would be reassuring.
