    Reseller server Cressida is down

    OK, so about 2 hours now that cressida is down. I just love it when my phone starts ringing with clients who want to know why the can't use their email or access their websites.

    I don't panic when the server is down for a couple of minutes but two hours in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday is cause for alarm. Support ticket opened.

    I don't see any upgrades or maintenance planned so I must figure that the server is just unresponsive. It would be nice if tech support would kill a stuck process or just reboot the server. Heck, even an announcement that the server has gone haywire and tech support is on it would be reassuring.

    The server went inaccessible with high load and techs got it rebooted. We are still seeing high load on the server and checking/monitoring if further. We are sorry for the downtime faced and assure you that it is being checked at high priority.
