I have been trying to get a server cloned and moved and restored for over a week now. I get one maybe 2 responses a day back from support on a HIGH Emergency Ticket, and I'm about done. 8 years of loyalty is burnt up.

The reason for the delay is because the techs have their hands tied right now. We are waiting on additional hardware to arrive. We ran out of the models that we run our hybrids on. The hard drive shortage is delaying things a bit. I apologize for this delay. As soon as a box arrives, we will get you on it.

Yes, they said "We dont have any hybrid server spot available to clone your server now. We will clone it and restore from 23rd backup as soon as new hybrid server is ready to take servers. "
but this is the last response after a week of trying to get it to happen so it's a bit frustrating at this point. And if I ask in there any info it will take a day to get a response and then a response will need another question and I'm tired of the circles.
