First they offered to move my account, nice of them but I dont really want to move the problem. So when I got an Internal Server Error I checked the time, and asked them what was happening at that time, why did I get this error. They showed me the log and the error, and it was:

Cannot allocate memory: couldn't create child process.

So yeah, it is a memory issue, which is basicaly what we already knew. The problem seems to be that the limit is hit for only split seconds or seconds, but over a day it could happen a lot. My site does not need more memory, in the past 24 hours the highest average was 20.2mb.

Yes, I have already asked the team to raise the limits on SDX. We'll see how it goes
When will this happen? It will be nice to see if that makes any difference

This should have happened already. If not, please update the ticket and point them to this thread.

This will not solve the problem, but it will help with visitor retention, make sure you have set a Custom ISE page as well, most people only set the Custom 404 and do not do the rest, but if you getting alot of 500 errors then this will help with your visitor retention while you fix the problem,

If your not sure how to set custom error pages you can do it in cPanel, under the Advanced Section -> Error Pages... There are other ways, but that is the "easiest" if your not sure what to do.
