5 hours ... really ?

This morning I woke up to an email stating that we had a server down, but they rebooted it for me, and it was up. I had no need to contact them, they did this for me! I was THRILLED thinking that their support agents have improved ten fold...Then a different server went down, and I've been waiting for 5 hours....really ?
