Ticket #13469062, which is about apache logging, is currently handled by level 3 technician Sajjad. However, he insists to keep messing about with php.ini files - totally unrelated to the logging of apache errors and do so on my main production site. (Not even the site the ticket was about.)
When I noticed his actions yesterday, I have asked him to stop, tell me exactly what he has done and turn the ticket over to an admin. I have also made repairs. Today he is back on shift, continues with the ticket despite my request otherwise and escalaction, and has undone my repairs.
I have done the repair again, yet I fear for my site. Someone, please make sure this ticket is handled competently and this technician stays far, far away from my account!
I would have liked to take this up directly with the level 3 shift lead on duty, so I have tried escalation of the ticket - yet again and without visible effect - as well as asked who this is via live chat. Unfortunately, the operator, Jim C., refuses to provide this information, even after I explained the situation. Sadly that only leaves this somewhat unpleasant route to get proper attention.
I trust the matter will now be handled promptly and competently.
