    :-D

I wonder if a drive was -or should be- replaced. This server is starting to get a bit long in the tooth.
    Good luck

Do I need to open tickets to get these 2 issues (Change in CPanel behavior and the mail flow chart) responded to?
    Good luck

    Ron,

The latest version of Cpanel is just now coming out and is changing the behavior of several things from what I have heard. If you want specifics, please go check cPanel Inc. and their forums there. They make it. This would not be the first time that Cpanel has changed the behavior of the spam tagging for Spam Assassin.

For the flow chart, that would be up to Masood. I'll mention it to him.

Those are not really support issues so no ticket is needed. The forums are for users to help other users. Staff come in and help with answers as they have time or in the event of major server issues.

    1) I didn't think they were ticket issues, so I did not open a ticket.

    2) JPC Staff is in and around the forums ALL THE TIME, had been in this thread several times and senior technical staff answered many other questions and issues in other threads since I asked those questions, including responding to a "Hi I'm new" thread.

Your answers are what I was looking for. You didn't change anything, CPanel made the changes. Fine, you answered what I was asking.

Just happens it was at *exactly* the same time as the RAID rebuild completed. Since the issues that preceded the RAID rebuild included
Our tech killed some stuck apache amd exim processes, removed frozen messgaes from exim queue, restarted the apache exim
I assumed that there was a configuration change made by JAG for some reason during the process that affected the way SA was handling emails. You are responding as though it was a silly, baseless assumption.

    It wasn't.
    Good luck
