    Message board help

Hi, I would like to add a message board to my site, preferably free and with no ads, banners, or popups of any kind. Is this possible, and if so, how would I go about doing this?
    Thanks,
    Mastermancheese.

The easiest way is to use one of the ones that can be installed with one of the installers in CPanel. They usually aren't the newest versions, but for a newbie its just a couple clicks and you're done. I've used phpBB in the past and I've been happy with it.

I installed XMB from cpanel. It's not the latest version though and I think there may be some security issues with it. I plugged the holes that were recommended on the XMB site but have not upgraded. This is my first web site but I was able to customize it some. One thing, it said that it couldn't be installed in a subdomain.
