IP Problems...GRRR

Hey...

JagPC has been awesome in providing quick customer service, but I've had my first GRRRRRR moment with the tech support. I was told to change my registrar info to a different IP address then what I was currently at, but when I did, it was the WRONG address I was given. So I had to change it to yet another IP address. I love JagPC but this was an annoyance.

Changing anything at your register would be Jags Name servers. You would
not change a IP address. I have 3 sites hosted at Jag and have never had
to change an IP address at my register.

What hosting plan are you on? It just occurred to me that the V100 plan does
not have a static IP address so that may be the issue you are complaining about.

Whatever the problem you seem to have a legitimate complaint. I just tried to
access your site and got a page which stated there was no such site. Whatever
the actual problem is you still have it. Hope you get the problem resolved soon.
