    The GigaDeal

I noticed "The GigaDeal" on the front page. I can't believe it

    1 gig of space
    45 megs of transfer/mo
    plus many other cool features...

I scroll down to see how much it costs and it's only $9.95/mo if you go monthly.

I signed up a few months ago and am currently paying $9.95/mo but I have nowhere near that much space and transfer and all the other features. According to my control panel I have package v200j. My question is how can I switch over to the GigaDeal? Do I have to delete my account and sign up again for the GigaDeal? Since I'm paying the same as the GigaDeal I would like that package.

We wont make you go through all the trouble of technically removing your account and signing up a new one. Just email sales or open a sales ticket in the client section and we'll get you updated.

    Tell a friend , we'll give you a $10 referral credit.

I wish resellers had a plan like that. Or give resellers even better plans.

    Jag,

The editor in my strikes again. I found a typo in the "Network Connectivity" section of the plan details page. You say:

Instantly available, continious power from UPS Batter backups

    Sounds like you're making cake.

How will converting to this plan affect those of us who have pre-paid annually for the original, more expensive plans?

For example, I've pre-paid annually for a V300 and a V400 account - both of which were more expensive, with lower quotas than the new GigaDeal. If I convert these to the newer plan, do I receive any credit?

    Thanks,

    Bill

    10 minutes. Yes, 10 minutes.

Subject : Increase limits to GigaDeal

    Hello,

I'd like to increase my xxxxxxx account to the new GigDeal Limits.

    xxxxxxx is on neon.

xxxxxxx is still under an Aletia plan -- When I upgraded my other domain from an Aletia plan to a Jaguar plan, I lost SSH access. If SSH access will be lost again, could you please re-enable it as part of the move? Or is that a tech support issue?

    Thanks very much!
    -Ron.

While we cant issue refunds, its only fair that we still give you your money worth if you convert. We will credit you whatever amount you have left a relative amount on the new plan. ie if you still have about $95.40 worth hosting due to you then your covered for one year on the giga deal

I must say that this host has really been fantastic! I've been here since the Aletia days, and all the hell that came with them and then the big switch fiasco. I came this close to jumping ship at that time, but I'm just so happy I stuck it out. You folks are doing a really good job.
