You can set up a filter in CP where any mail that contains that account's email address gets sent to :fail: or :discard:. You can also set your catchall account to :fail: or :discard: to stop receiving any undirected mail and then delete the problem email account all together.
If you choose :fail: you'll send the sender a failure (aka bounce) notice for every email that the server "rejects." If you use :discard: the server will silently delete the message without notifying the sender.

this is a double edge sword as well
because if you choose not to use a defualt email address AND the :discard: method people that have simply mistyped your addy will nevr know you did not get your email, if your a business that could mean loss of sales
on the other side if you "bounce" it you can be sending emails back to people that have nothing to do with the spam, including yourself... I dont know how many emails I have gotten that have CAME FROM non-existing email address's on my own domain
I just wish the ISP would stop Fighting over a good solutions and Pick one all ready, weather it be Domain Keys, SPF, or one of the others, I just want something
Maybe Al Gore will come up with, mandate and fund the solution
