MySQL problem and client login error

The MySQL database for my hosting is down and after submitting a ticket at the client login area, I am no longer able to login as it said I had the incorrect password. Requested them to send the password and received it, typed it in and it still gives me the invalid password error. Any assistance from the tech support would be appreciated.

Make sure that you have associated the username with the database in CPanel. Also note that the database name and the databse username are prepended with your site's username. So if you created a database called "sales" and a user named "salesperson" to access it, you'll need to use siteusername_sales as your db name in scripts and siteusername_salesperson as the username.
