cant access reseller forum

jsut wondering if i am doing something wrong.
i registered but when i try to access either of the reseller discussions it tells me there are no posts, when i try to access a post directly it tells me access is denied. wasn't sur eif this should go to support or not, but i figured i would try here first.

To get access to the reseller forums you need to have your forum user updated. Please pm me with your reseller account you have with us so I can adjust your settings.
