Can not sign up

Hello, when I want to go to the step2, your sign up system, it says:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /jaguarpc/signup.php on this server.

What's happen?

Make sure you are NOT passing an empty referer to them, e.g. don't block any HTTP REFER info. If you are using a browser, like Opera, or a firewall that blocks header information, your request will fail.

Opera doesn't block referer data by default ...only if you configure it to do so. The most likely culprit is a firewall like ZA Pro.
