    How long does signup take

I *think* I signed up today, but never got a confirmation e-mail and the thank you page was the last I saw from Jag. Is this normal. It's been a few hours

Signup is immediate, but I think sales only works 9-5 CST, so you'll have to wait until they go to work. During office hours, I think they have you up and running in like 15 minutes...

    I'll wait and see

    Thanks Vin,

I am half expecting at least an automated response to let me know that it's in the system. I tried signing up twice with ipower and had very long delays in the process and had to cancel twice. so I'm not nuts about doing this again.

I hear you! I hate signing up with a new host. This place was pretty painless though, as far as I can remember...

It's a pain for sure, but I was really blown away with the price/features ratio. I gotta figure out a way to make sure I use it all! I'm sure I can count on you for help down the road. Go to sleep...or wake up which ever the case may be...

Well, It's been 24 hours since I've heard from anyone. Should I just move along and find another host.

No, from my experiences, JaguarPC is definately the best for its value. Make sure that your current email service hasn't blocked Jaguar's servers for some odd reason and try emailing Greg again.

PROBLEM SOLVED. It's a Guam thing and Greg took care of me and I'll be hooking up this week and will be all over the board asking dumb questions about SSL and ASP and PHP. Thank everyone for their help and VIN DSL.. Love ur website.

Glad to hear you got it straightened out. Best of luck getting your site up and running. We're ready for your questions.

Just as an FYI, though, JPC doesn't support ASP on their servers. For ASP you need either a Windows Server or a third party add-on for Apache (which they run here), but the add-ons, from what I've heard, have never worked all that well and are not available here.
