If there is a catch then I haven't found it yet. Of course I've only been here about a month. So far I have been able to do everything that I wanted to do and have done several things that I didn't know I wanted to do until after I got here.

I have opened one support ticket so far (on a weekend, my second day of service) and the response was excellent. Especially considering the fact that I had done something really stupid that the support techs couldn't even see. I'm sure they thought that I was a prize idiot but stuck with me anyway.

I'll probably get blasted for this one, but there is an additional feature that isn't even mentioned in the plan. You get everything listed PLUS you get Vin DSL. He may lack a little, um, social polish at times but I have found it extremely helpful to cruise the old threads looking for his posts. He's answered a lot of questions that I didn't even know I had.

I've been here for something like 2 years now and have yet to find the catch. Always fast response times to support tickets and they're polite in their handling of costumer issues.

thanks for your opinion, at the moment, im on my 4th host after a string of unluckiness (bad judgement) including hosts nameservers been hacked and the hosts company liquidating, just a little curious.

I've been here about 3 years. Have 3 sites hosted with jag. I think that says it all.

I'd have to say 3.5 out of your 4 star poll. The available features and bandwidth are a terrific value. An occassional glitch may take a little time to resolve (-0.5 stars) but most of the problems are responded to promptly and fairly. They will accommodate just about any request as far as I can tell. Given the 24-hour technical support and the incredible price, you'd be hard pressed to find a better host. I haven't tried dedicated serving with them but should the need arise, I will not hesitate to enlist their services. I have quit shopping for other hosts because of my current level of satisfaction.

    OK Jag, where's my kickback?

You'll be glad you gave it a go, mate...

Just be patient during the sign-up process. Most ppl breeze right through it, but occasionally there's a hiccup.

To answer your original query, no, there aren't any catches here. This place is VERY progressive for a mass webhoster. They don't sit still for long. JagPC is always trying to make things better. In the process, sometimes things get balled up for a few days, but then they get back on track again, in short order.

Although it looks like there HAS to be a catch, rest assured there isn't...

    Overall they are very good...

I have been here off and on for 4 years...

never a Major Problem, I will not be leaving again,

off all the issuses I have had, none of them are major, and all of it is fixed in a timaly manner

my only complaint is they dont allow Add on Domains in Cpanel, you have to conacted Support every time, and when you change domains and Move things around as much as I used to, that cane be very time consuming

yeah, that is the most important ascept of my hosting so far, its why i've turned down so many "cheaper alternatives.
hopfully, it should be sorted out by the end of the week, the site is important as I use it for a design group and tempoarly host alot of sites which I produce for clients.

as anyone considered suggesting having add domain option in the cpanel?

hehe, been around less than 2 hours and im already trying to change the place

I have countless countless countless times...

Somehow it will screw with they account Procedures since they charge after the First 5...

I have never been told what aspect of the accounting procedures it would screw with as WHM has quotas for that just like everything else but they are steadfast in NOT enabling it

If the additional domains are temporary just add a folder for each temporary domain. As Vin would say "Simple Pimple". "

I've been here for about three years, joined after waking up one morning to find my old host DOA. I was a little skeptical when I first signed up, too, but I figured that I'd try them out for a while and if anything went wrong I'd bail. Well, I haven't bailed...

As a web developer who often works with clients who already have sites with other hosts, I can honestly say that JPC is among the best I've come across. Other hosts that I've seen that offer pricing similar to JPC are two-bit operations with little security. Hosts as good as JPC generally cost many times what JPC charges.

Been here for a year now. It just doesn't get any better than JagPC. I mean, sure, if you have a ton of money to blow then I'm sure you could find a host to blow Jag away, but who really has a ton of money to blow?

But, then again, I think that even if I were filthy rich I'd still stick with Jag. Good companies like Jag tend to evoke loyalty among their clients
