LOL I am having the same exact problem to the neon server.
I forgot to do a tracert before I sent in the ticket.

I have added my tracert to the ticket, hopefully they'll be able to work with cyrusone to fix the bug.

looks like cyrusone.com is just bouncing connections among their own IP's

Good to see that Greg from Jag likes their service

Hrm... I guess I lead a charmed life or something. Everytime I see a post like this, I try to reproduce it on my end, but everything is always fine. I can point to numerous posts on JagPC where this is the case.

So, once again, here you go...

    Code:

yea but your traces are 2 hours older than the Reported problems

it is very likly that in this case and the other cases of your "charmed life" is purely that your attempting to replicate problems have have already been fixed

Jag/CyrusOne had the problem fixed within an hour of my ticket and half an hour of my call to CyrusOne.

Hey -- stuff happenes when you make big changes. That's why things like this should be done at midnight Sat/Sun Eastern Time US. And it was. Thanks Jag.

Now let's see how Above.net does during prime time tomorrow.

An update in the thread about the issue would have been cool though.
