When you signed up for the hosting, you told JPC what domain name you would be hosting. They'll set up the server for that name. They'll also add records to their DNS servers to point your domain name to your site's server.

What you need to do is tell AletiaNic (the place where you signed up for the domain name) to look at the JPC DNS servers when someone tries to go to your site. To do that, log in to AletiaNic. When you've loged in, you should see something that says "You have X domain names in your account. Click on that to get a list of your domains. Then click on the domain name. From there you should see a box that says DNS Server. Inside the box it will say either "Current Service: user" or "Current service: Our DNS servers." If it doesn't say "user" click on Change Service and change it to "user." Once you do that you'll get a form where you can set your servers. You should use ns.jaguarpc.net and ns2.jaguarpc.net on any other pair/group found on this page. (You must specify a minimum of two servers, but you may add more if you wish.)

Once that change is made it will take some time to update and become available. Since this is a new domain it will probably be within 24 hours, but sometimes it can take up to 3 days. Once that happens your name will begin resolving to your site.

I was using AleticNIC (A Jaguar Technologies).

by default it was using NS.ALETICNIC.COM NS2.ALETICNIC.COM
Should i leave it as that or should i change it to... Our NameServers?

I haven't heard of the aletianic.com servers, so I don't know. I don't see them listed on the JPC site's list, though, so they might not work. To be safe you might want to chage them to one of the pairs listed on the page I liked in my previous post.

I just tried doing a lookup of my domain name from ns.aletianic.com and it couldn't find me, so I'd guess that you'll need to change them.
