Which tools? You mean cPanel? And you want to solicit a webmaster to create what exactly? An entire site with what capabilities? Might I suggest you post a list of site requirements and a range of fees you'd consider paying. You might get a stampede of developers... or not.

Yep, they (email.com) seem to be in a transition phase to "mail.com" so that could be what's screwing up your attempts.

Sorry for the delay and the email errors..seems they're doin SOMETHING to the service right now. Anyway...got a webmaster and all is good now..thanks for the replies though.
