    Vote on your day ONLY!

From the Office Of Voter Registration:

Please remember that, because of the high voter turnout expected at the polls this year, Republicans will be voting on Tuesday, November 2nd, and Democrats will be voting on Wednesday, November 3rd.

Be sure to remind all your friends!

    clssam, .

Tread lightly lest you disenfranchise the masses and bring the wrath of thousands of locusts, aka lawyers, to your threshold. And I know you don't want that...

PS - I think the Office Of Voter Registration had a notice posted that said casting votes for Republicans would be free and that casting votes for Democrats would be $17.76 per Democratic candidate. And a vote for a Green would result in a free ticket to the local asylum.

    Thanks, Connie!

I voted twice already. I do it a couple of more times on Tuesday, if I can get up early enough...

    This just in:

Libertarians do NOT want your vote! That's right, Libertarians are sick of getting low vote counts, and would prefer you to just have a perfect zero. Then they can claim victory because nobody ever gets 100% of the vote so the media polling graphics aren't designed to handle 3 digits. Ergo, a result of 0 could reasonably be argued as 100 (see the 1976 Olympic Gymnastic competition for precendence).

I actually was in a conversation today where the token liberal (had to put that in there) was arguing about voter disenfranchisement like it was a new outrage by the Neo-Cons. Yes, he used the word 'disenfranchised' and no he didn't think he was joking.

It took 3 minutes to get my eyes to unroll from the back of my head....

I think it might be time to create a new representation for the Democratic party voter:

Out with the old - Mr(s). Anonymous Voter (D)
In with the new - Mr(s). Anonymous Voter (dD) aka disenfranchised Democrat

Isn't this the new, default position as defined by the party?

Yeah, I mailed two absentee ballots, Saturday. Now, all I have to do is show at the polls.

I dunno... my heart isn't in it this year...
