Hey,

I just wanted to yell a big fat "GREAT JOB, GUYS!" for seamlessly handling Houston's power problems last night.

I know you don't hear thanks and praise as much as requests and complaints, that's just they way we stupid demanding users are.

I also know you spent a ton of money in planning and implementing your power facilities and capabilities. Good planning.

Actually Ron brought up a good point. I'm so used to the good service that I don't think about things like this. if Jag personel had not pointed it out I would not have been aware of anything happening.

JPC provides a great service at reasonable prices. Keep up the good work JPC.

to me the price for hosting is really cheap, it costs me under 200 dollers AU a year with loads of space and bandwidth, a server that has very little problems except accasionally email but thats no biggy to me considering it barely gets anything anymore

(YAY no more emails hahaha)

The support is second to none and are extreamly helpful and go above and beond the call of service when you have a problem.

All in all Jag, and his crew do a brillient job with running JaguarPC.com keep up the good work!!!

Now, now, now people don't give it to them that good. We don't want to inflate their heads too badly and risk them not being able to get through the door to the DC if ever there is a real emergency
