Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible.

My account has been suspended due to the phpBB issue even though I have the latest version running . I submitted a ticket to have it reactivated. Anyhoo, that's not my problem. Why does it say to contact billing? It makes it seem like I didn't pay my bill, it's embarassing. Why can't it just say to contact support?

I guess because most of the time, when an account is suspended, it is because of billing issues. Having support shut down sites because of software issues is much more rare, aside from the occasional rogue scripts and whatnot. I guess they just have one generic suspension message.

That is obvious, still it looks bad towards your customers. Perhaps make two different once after all, or at least make it read "support/billing" because that looks less bad?

I guess I missed something here. I usually do. I thought you were talking about an e-mail response from Jag. Now I have the feeling that you are talking about a web page that visitors see when clicking on a link from a referring site to your site. If that is correct I think the page delevierd should say there is a temporary problem please check again later. Visitors do not need to see a contact billing or contact support message, or either or in my opinion.

Regardless of why you were suspended. Your visitors should have no idea that you were suspended. If that is what is happening I think Jag is doing something that is done as a result of putting up a quick message without consideration to their customer. What ever problem they have with you should be handled in private and not a part of a web page that any one can see. Just my 2 cents.

i guess the new santy worm targets any php script, not just phpBB... so perhaps that is why my account is suspended too, despite not running phpBB.

Well, personally I'm tired of people calling me to tell me I didn't pay my bill. If there's some security issue with one of my sites (even though they said it was fixed in my last ticket) visitors and potential customers shouldn't see a message saying my account is suspended and that I need to contact the billing department.
