    Closing Tickets

    Whatever happend to the option in the Clients section where we could close the tickets ourselves? That was very convenient considering that you're most likely to solve a problem on your own right after you submit a ticket, lol. I'd like to see that option brought back or at least know why it was removed.

    The close feature is still there. Once you click on the number next to "View Open Tickets" there will be a link in the center of your screen with the option to close tickets.

    However, if your ticket has been forwarded to another department you will not be able to close the ticket until the new department has viewed it.

    I've been able to close my tickets when they've been replied... In other words, you can close a ticket after a tech has replied to it.

    Thats correct, you can not close a new ticket. That options was removed months ago for internal reasons.
