How long does it take for my account to be activated? I registered my account several hours ago and i have not recieved a conformation ...

    Exclamation How long?

    How long does it take for my account to be activated? I registered my account several hours ago and i have not recieved a conformation email (It has been 3 hours). I called the number for billings and sales, within the business hours stated(8am-12am), to confirm my order but just got a voice recording( strange!?!?). I am now a little concerned about the services promised. Any partial clients please let me know what JaguarPc turnaround time is and the details of there customer service reliability.
    For documetation purposes I wil keep this forum updated on customer service performace concerning my issue.

    Not to worry! 'Sales' will get you setup as soon as they 'hit the door'! That would be 8:00AM US-CST.

    Like I said, don't worry! This place is the real McCoy. They won't screw you! I've been here 2 years, and I just signed up for another 2, which is unheard of for me. I used to change hosts once or twice a year 'til I found this place...

    You will like it here or my name isn't what it says it is. Service is as responsive as you will find for a ticket system. Their online performance is good too and the forum can be quite helpful, if not entertaining.

    I got the conformation email this morning and a represenative from JaquarPC left a message on my voice mail stateing my account had been approved.. Just made changes to the DNS and I am waiting for it to go through.

    Glad to see the problem is resolved. Occasionally an order gets held up but that is the exception rather than the rule.

    I've been with Jag for several years. I think you will be happy here after you got over the initial bumps.
