IP changes?

Were the assigned ips recently changed on the aurora server? I had a pointer coded into an order form as ( http:// ip /~name / page.htm) and it was brought to my attention that the order form on my client's site was not working.

I changed the pointer to (http://site/page.htm) and all is well. But really... Was there an ip reassingment?

Get a dedicated IP and your own SSL certs. Jag can help you and you shouldn't have to worry about such inconveniences. I know the cost increases a bit but it is rather trivial, particularly if you are enabling online ordering for a client.

Yeah, you're right. But it was an oversight on my part. The only link I didn't re-code after testing just HAD to be the most important one. lol I'm sure I still have the same static ip but they must have changed the server ip.

As far as SSL is concerned, this particular client offers legal investigative services and all their business is paid in advance with money order or check (except for their large, corporate clients who get monthly statements and are the primary users of the online order form).
