And that new Giga deal sounds real good. Cann't wait to hear what else is going to happen there, beside more bandwidth and space.
On a sidenote, will we be able to upgrade plans like in the past?

I like the idea of a 5GB of space. I had to move two of my sites to a different hosting company because they offered the space I needed for the right price. But their customer service isn't any good. I'll be happy to move my sites over here. I really like JaguarPC much better!! Any idea when the 5GB will take place?
The lack of a subject occured on maybe 500-1000 client mailings, was a mistake that was corrected midmailing.

Any estimate on pricing for the X5 plan?
Hello Galen,
The X5 will remain $9.95 per month with prepaid discounts if you so choose. You're basically getting a much improved GigaDeal for the same price.

That was kinda what I felt was implied, but it was never stated directly and since having ALL THAT for the same price is just too good to believe, I had to know for sure.
Man, I'd love to know how Jag manages this stuff. I've found a few other companies that offer the same features/pricing as the Gigadeal (very few), but I have NEVER seen a company offering what this new X5 deal offers for $10/mo! Well, I guess we know their great business plan though. They give the customers what they want at a rock-bottom price and even if they're making only a small profit from each account, the loyalty and word-of-mouth inspired in their customers makes up for it. And this is why I opened a 2nd account with Jag and have brought in 3 people in my year and a half here. Jag inspires loyalty and dedication from its clients and they deserve every bit of it!
And, hey, thanks to this new X5 deal, I can think of several non-profit organizations that I might finally be able to convince to switch to Jag. More cash for Jag, more great service for the customers, everybody wins!
Best host ever!
This is the best deal I have seen in my long time search for valuable hosts. 5GB and 75 GB of BW with this kind of costumer service for $10, you cant beat that![]()
I like this newsletter idea. I think that keeping in touch with your customers is very important. I submitted my ticket to get it done. =D
We agree 100% ! You will start to see many changes pour out from the jag walls here soon and this newsletter was just the begining. All aboard!Originally Posted by Rye Seronie Oh

Ok so get this to be clear as mud. For already existing customers if we want in on the new GX5 deal (Geee it sounds all Apple like ;D) we open a ticket and ask to be converted just like we were converted from the old v.something deals in the past. And there is no small fee to get this done right?
I think I know what the answer will be, but there's going to be people down the road who will want the answer in big neon signs ;P

Sara,
Put me on record.... no additional charges for the upgrade to the GiaDeal X5. Existing customers will only need to request the upgrade through the ticket system once the X5 rolls out in a few weeks. As jag stated, this is just the first few steps of great things to come. Remember to have those new clients that you recommend list you as the reason that they have switched to Jag. I wanna ensure everyone receives the free month for each referal.
