    Japanese text

    Ok no idea if this is where I post this, but I need some help...

    Ok for my main page I want to put Japanese text for a certain part of it, but for some reason when I put the text in the html code and save it in the file manager the text shows up as ?????. Now I know I have Japanese language support cause I'm on mac and other sites with Japanese text show up fine. Is it this hosting service or something that doesn't let you use japanese text? If someone knows why my pages won't let my have Japanese text on them, I'd really appreciate it.

    ?????~

    You gotta use an UTF-8 character set...

    Try this page on my site, and see if it works for you:

    If not, it's your browser...

    nm guess I have to encode the pages as UTF-8 and then upload them. Man, anyone know an easier way to do this?

    I just use META tags:
    Code:
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
