    Happy Independence day to all. Enjoy our freedoms to party with a fat juicy steak on a nice charcoal grill!

    And to Connie,VDSL and the rest of you old sots -- have one for me!

    (As for you guys down in Houston... I'd prefer you stay sober before issuing that rm command... , but you can always have a designated hardware driver)

    This will be a special 4th for me. A first since 1999 when my wife died.

    A friend I met on the Internet is comming to Branson MO for the week end. Since I only live 30 miles from Branson I will be able to meet her and her family.

    Normally a holiday is just another day for me. For the first time in years I am looking forward to this one.

    Anyway I wish all of you who celebrate the 4th a happy weekend.

    If you live outside the USA then I hope you have a great next few days.
