Cannot log into cPanel

I just registered an account here at jaguarpc, and upon entering cPanel I noticed that using my username/password issued to me does not work.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

Edit: Nevermind, there's two usernames in the e-mail ><

The username for your client section here at jag isnt the same as for your own website. Im not sure if you might have those mixed up or not without seeing what details your using exactly. If you like you can either open a ticket, give us a call, email or pm me with your domain and what your using to login.
