Atlantis - semi dedicated?

Hi all,

One of my sites hosted here was suspended early yesterday because of high cpu usage and SQL queries affecting other users on my server (Ion). It was suggested that I upgrade to the semi-dedicated plan. I immediately opened a ticket as suggested and asked for the account plan change. I was told the site could be moved seamlessly with little or no downtime.

The site was actually down for about 4 hours before it was brought back up again on Atlantis. My CP still shows 5000Mb as the total storage and the plan is listed as Gigadeal-X5.

Is Atlantis in fact a semi-dedicated server? Is it possible I was moved to a SDX server but the plan options not changed?

I'm just curious, as I don't think Jag would suspend me because of the outlined problems only to move me into an identical situation - even after I did as suggested and authorized an upgrade to SDX.

I only ask here because since the change, and last night I opened a ticket to find out exactly where I'm at, support has failed to reply.

Can someone give me some insight about Atlantis?

I can confirm Atlantis is indeed a semi-dedicated server. What is your domain that got moved ? Ill check that account plan or you can of course open a ticket if you prefer.

Hello,

Yes, when your account was transfered to a SDX server your plan did not change to a SDX plan. It was a small oversight and the problem has now been corrected.
