    Reseller Account Issue

    Cheers

I must be missing something in setting up my account. I survived the first couple of steps:

    I Paid
I received my email containing login information and instructions
I updated my nameservers with my registrar
My domain name does NOT resolve
    What's next?

I don't seem to find any answers as I am hunting. Any suggestions?

You can email me or pm me your domain if you would rather not post it here in the forums and Ill check into it to see whats missing. You can post it here if you like and Ill be happy to look if nobody beats me to it.

You could also open a ticket with support asking what is missing and the techs would be happy to officially address it.

I queried you domain name (beat ya to it, Jag ) and everything looks like it is in order. Your name server records are properly pointed at JPC servers.

How long ago did you make this change? Usually because of the way DNS servers cache thier information it can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours for a change in DNS settings to happen universally. As it happens, the most frequent visitors to a site (which probably includes you) are the last to see the change happen.

OK...I just checked JPC's DNS servers and they arn't returning any hits on your name, so it looks like something didn't go through right. I'm sure things will be resolved real quick now that you've got that ticket open, though.
