    EMail Spoofing

I notified support yesterday but I am still getting failed delivery notices.

Someone is spoofing mail using one of my customer's sites (design customer, not reseller account).

I have the junk mail bounced to me so I can detect any problems before they get out of hand. I just don't want his email getting blocked. Any ideas?

Email in all is just a real problem on the internet and needs to go away, but since that wont happen anytime all we can do is live with the scum that do these little tricks. Anyone anywhere can setup an account on their own server with whatever name they want to try and forge names or domains. Don't worry too much though as most isps and hosts like ourselves usually see through this scam.

one day the powers that be will get off the greedy "I want to have the new Email set up all to my self" path and actually work together ti fix the problem

but I dont think it will happen until the problems get worse
