Statistics?

Does anyone know if jaguar has changed their schedule for running statistics? I can't recall for sure, but it seems like the used to run it every day -- mine haven't updated since 10 Oct 2005. I'm pretty sure I've checked them twice in a week and seen new reports.

The statistics are run with a low priority, so if the server is busy doing something else when teh stats are supposed to be run, they get delayed. Sometimes they get delayed for a long time.

Just open a ticket to support and ask to have them started. The'll run them manually and then you'll see an update after that.

My stats stopped updating the 3rd (this mo). checked them on sat (the 15th), but they still hadn't updated. Then yesterday I was gonna submit a ticket, but before submiting I ofcourse had to double-check them and voila, they had updated.

That's what I call fast tech-support
