    Angry Reset Password?

I've NEVER actually been able to get into the client area. I've tried everything, like all the passwords that I've had had in the past, and also different logins. I tried doing that "forgot your password" thing and I've NEVER gotten ANY reply to my email addresses. I've given up, but I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY need to submit a ticket because my password doesn't work anymore!

I REALLY (* infinity) NEED IT!!!!

Send an email to sales@jaguarpc.com with your identification and also the last four digits for your credit card as an evidence that you are the right person that is requesting to rest the password.

    Heh! I know the feeling!

I left a very similar post when I first signed up here. It was frustrating as hell. The client username/password was totally different from the ones they furnished me when I signed up...

    I figured it out...

My password was too long and the last characters didn't get inputed when changing it.

    Hmmm...

Yeah, I have the same problem. I use a 14-letter password, most of the time, and many devices won't take that many characters, like some ATMs...
