    Aletia customers prices (renewing)

I'm an aletia customer, i filled the form with my credit card informations on the jaguarpc.com website (as requested to me with 2 emails to complete the migration to Houston).

I'd like to have some answers from jaguarpc staff:

    1. Will i receive an email before renewing to accept/reject the renewal? Or is it auto-renewal? (I don't like auto-renew, i like to do payments by myself).

    2. What kind of prices and features will i have? All the same as with aletia?

    Let me know.

    Regards, Alex

Unhappy Should I have been contacted?

I keep seeing information about paysystems.com and Aletia users. From what i've seen Paysystems doesn't do Jaguar's billing, so who does? What's up? I've gotten no contact regarding this, and I don't wanna pay double for this service that I already have contention with. What's going on?

    Hi,
All accounts are autorenewing. If you pull your card data out of the billing system though it will fail and send you a failure notice. Then you can decide to cancel or just enter your details again so it can be processed.

Your account features and prices will not change for as long as you keep your account

You won't pay double for your services. We are using paysystems during Septemeber while we get our system updated with the aletia data.

After September we will cancel the paysystems and 2checkout services completely.

So it will happen automagically then? Or will we be notified if we need to make a change?

Please send an email to sales@jaguarpc.com and include the PaySystems order number so we can be sure the recurring billing is stopped if you've already been entered into the new billing system.

My renewal is yearly and is up on December 16.
I pay by electronic check, so my question is this: Will my payment automatically go through with Paysystems on the 16th or do I need to send a check through Pay Pal or snail mail for Jaguar PC? I'm not absolutely sure who the billing is going through. Jaguar PC or Paysystems?
