Horde (PopMail?)

While logging into the NeoMail in my Aletia account, I noticed an addition of Horde. What is Horde, and why is it there?

Horde is a new system that is added onto cPanel5. Nick will be implenting many new helpful features into the new cPanel. I have also suggested many things that will also be implented. Such as Resellers can have resellers if the host allows it, you can limit the IPS to resellers, Resellers can't see no packages but there own, the host can select the cPanel themes they want there resellers using etc. . All these will be implented soon from Nick

If its what I think it is, "Horde" is another webmail system. Its actually called IMP, but its published by a group called Horde (http://www.horde.org). I've used it before and its a pretty good system. As a side note, I graduated from college with one IMP's developers, although I didn't really know him. I think we took one class together.
