First of all, i'm not a direct customer of jaguarpc, so i don'know if i may have support but still trying.
I've been used a mail adress provided by a friend who is customer of jaguarpc, but for about 6hours now i'm having troubles to read my mails, and i didn't change anything to the configuration of my mail client.
Actually, i cannot contact my friend for the moment, and i m waiting a very important mail.
The domain name of my friends is upsaid.com and so the mail server is mail.upsaid.com
Can anyone help me? Or is it just comon issue that will be fixed soon?
I will gratefull for any help.

Yep, the mail server is down!

i don't know what server it is, sorry, i m totally passive user and have no power at all. I will try to contact the owner as fast as i can. Thanks again for your help.

Looks like it might be DNS Related
I cant not access the site at all from the domain name, nor will it trace.
However I can access it Directly via the IP
if it is REALLY important replace "mail.upside.com" with 69.73.144.237 and see if you can pull the mails off that way
Here is the DNS Results for that domain
How I am searching:
Searching for upsaid.com A record at m.root-servers.net [202.12.27.33]: Got referral to A.GTLD-SERVERS.NET. [took 198 ms]
Searching for upsaid.com A record at A.GTLD-SERVERS.NET. [192.5.6.30]: Got referral to ns.nocdirect.com. [took 10 ms]
Searching for upsaid.com A record at ns.nocdirect.com. [69.73.130.223]: Server failure! [took 33 ms].
Answer:
Server failure. There's a problem with the DNS server for upsaid.com.

ok, it looks it works now, but i m having password issues now
, but i think i have to see that with the owner, so i really need to contact him fast.
