Login to JaguarPC support area?

Here is where I am trying to login, but failing:

At the aforementioned site, I'm trying to use the same login credentials that I successfully use to get into Cpanel for my domain (hosted at JaguarPC of course). Is that valid? Or was there a seperate set of credentials I am supposed to use?

At the present time, the credentials I am trying to use at the support site allow me to successfully login to Cpanel (verified just before posting).

BTW, The credit card I used for my JaguarPC hosting bill is not here at my current location. I don't have the number memorized. thus, I am unable to perform the credential recovery procedure for the support site login.

Try adding the .com / .net / .whatever. My logon for cPanel: gwaihir, my logon for the ticket support: gwaihir.net.

This is a question that tends to pop up every few months or so, so a search on this forum can help you to more details / explanation if needed.

I just go to http://www.jaguarpc.com/. There is a log in box at the top of the page.

Yep, they're different!

I played this 'guessing game' when I first signed up here -- never could figure it out. Finally, I had to send a mail to JagPC sales, I think, asking for the username/password. This required giving them the last four digits of my credit card. Blah, blah, blah...

As it turned out, the first letter of the username was capitalized. This differed from the 'credentials' they provided to me at signup.

Anyway, yes, the username/password are different for the Client Section and cPanel -- if that's what you are asking...
