Thumbs up Oh, Joy! Firefox 1.0.7 Update [February 4, 2006]

I've been watching n' waiting for an update to Firefox 1.0.7 (EN-US-Win32) since October 2005. To make things worse, Firefox 1.5.0.1 was just released, fixing multiple, critical security problems, and so forth. As much as I didn't want to switch to Fx 1.5.0.1, I thought it might be prudent, given the nature of these threats. So, tonight, I decided to bite the bullet and install 1.5.x...

Before doing so, I decided to look (one last time) for an updated version of 1.0.7 -- and guess what?!?!? Firefox 1.0.7 was updated on 3-Feb-2006 as well.

    Code:
    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20060203 Firefox/1.0.7
Woo Hoo! Dodged the bullet again!

Can't be as excited as you Vin DSL, although I do use Firefox (only to make sure my various sites render correctly with it).

I am stuck with my combo of Maxthon on top of IE along with Proxomitron. I tired changing a few times but long for the security and power... The power of Proxomitron and Maxthon is almost unlimited. I rewrite pages on the fly to how I want them to render.

    Familiar with Prox?
    I have a link here http://av1611.us/software.html#prox

Been using it for years. Great program.

I use it less now because I have Privoxy on my proxy server to filter; but for a single-node proxy filter like a desktop PC, it's a hard utility to beat.

    Somebody can help me?

    Step 3
The directory (incl. all subdirectorys) /modules/4nAlbum/album and the temp(under modules/4nAlbum/) directory you have to set to chmod 777

    Step 4
Also the both files /admin/modules/4nAlbum/config.php & setting.php you have to set to chmod 666.

What does it means by two step above..?

See chmod on setting file permissions.

Using your FTP or SCP application, you need to change file permissions on certain directories as defined by the installation procedure.

You can do this via cPanel, if nothing else...

cPanel -> Services -> File Manager
