    Your account has been upgraded to LongHorn plan.The client area username has been changed to *******. We are having some issue with the WHM right now that is why the domain name and the cPanel username is not yet changed.You can request for the change of the domain name and the cPanel username at some other day.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    I sold one of my Web sites and am starting a new one, All I needed was a Simple Domain name Swap on my account.

    Is the price of JAG's Budget hosing? I cant even get a Simple domain name swap?????

    and if WHM is having problem the APPORIATE response would have been

    "We are have some problems with WHM on that server, once those are fixed we will set up your new domain. Sorry for the Delay"

    I have no idea when WHM will be fix, so I have no clue as to when I can request the domain name change.... Nor should I have to

    I love Jag, But someone needs to give these Tech guys some PR/Customer Service Training.

    After all it is now only what you do, but HOW it is done.

    Sorry you're having a problem...

    I hate to say this, but I think maybe a username swap would have to be a sales thing? I say I hate to say it, because if that's true, it wasn't exactly communicated on the ticket. lol

    well really I could care less about the username,

    it is still not set up correctly, but I will figure out the problem later so I can tell support what they have to fix

    First is was a DNS problem, ip reported wrong, now it is tracking to the right server but still not loading right, but my IPS has something cached because I can only access it by proxy, but remote tracing shows all the correct info so until my IPS updates I will have to wait.

    This is why I love Jag....

    Like I said was not the fact the domain could not be set up, **** happens, it is not mission critcal, just going to be personal wordpress blog for my politcal rants anyway so it is not like I will "lose a million dollar deal because my email is down" I was tempted to post that though

    I was just shocked I was told to make a request another day...... with out really a reason given other than some obsure "whm problem" which there appearently was since the domain is still having problems but I am wait until tommorow to re open the ticket becuase said Tech is still telling me it is some obsure DNS error he has fixed when it is appearent to me it is a Apache Config problem on the server itself but hey what do I know.....

    ohh for your referance jag.

    Ticket numbers 2258335, 2258290, 2258034 all pertain to this domain set up and differant issuse with it. The Last One is the orginal Request with the Above Quote, the Second one is a Request to fix the DNS record, which was handled by a Differant Rep very quickly and very well, and the first one still on going is the one dealing with the "phantom" dns problem which IMO does not exsist, and was handled by the same person as the first.

    Also to add (to my post count ) if any potental Customers are Reading this, I have been with Jag for a Lifetime is seems like. This is a MINOR issue dealing with a single support team member and is not "normal JPC" I only posted this here to get the attention of Jag himself so he can fix the issuse at hand like he is known for doing..

    JPC is still one of the best hosts out there...........

    looks like my new domain is set up now....


    BTW, I was right, not a DNS problem, was an apache problem, People should learn to listen to me,
