I sold one of my Web sites and am starting a new one, All I needed was a Simple Domain name Swap on my account.006-02-26 / 14:24:14
Your account has been upgraded to LongHorn plan.The client area username has been changed to *******. We are having some issue with the WHM right now that is why the domain name and the cPanel username is not yet changed.You can request for the change of the domain name and the cPanel username at some other day.

Is the price of JAG's Budget hosing? I cant even get a Simple domain name swap?????
and if WHM is having problem the APPORIATE response would have been
"We are have some problems with WHM on that server, once those are fixed we will set up your new domain. Sorry for the Delay"
I have no idea when WHM will be fix, so I have no clue as to when I can request the domain name change.... Nor should I have to
I love Jag, But someone needs to give these Tech guys some PR/Customer Service Training.
After all it is now only what you do, but HOW it is done.

This is a MINOR issue dealing with a single support team member and is not "normal JPC" I only posted this here to get the attention of Jag himself so he can fix the issuse at hand like he is known for doing..
