    email from JPC rejected

    Hi,

We have an account since 15 days on JPC.
with option of a dedicated IP.
A lot of emails we send are returned by Mailer-Daemon@chamaeleon.nocdirect.com.

It seems that were emails are considered as spam by client's servers.
Is there any issues to have all emails running well?
    Thanks fro your answers.

Contact support (via a ticket) about this. If possible, include a sample email with all of the headers of the message that's been returned. That will help support target the problem.

It is quite common for new machines to get blacklisted, but JPC is very proactive in getting the blacklistings removed. The reasons for the blacklists in the first place is due to JPC's automated signup feature. While they extensively screen all orders or common red flags before they'll let an order be set up, occassionally a bad order goes through and someone uses the server for sending spam.

In the case of your dedicated IP, it is only used for inbound traffic. Anything leaving your site (including email) goes out via the server's IP.

Hmm.. I doubt it's really the automated sign up. Automated or not, sometimes you just can't tell an order is from a spammer till they guy (m/f) starts spamming..
