    Is sales and support asleep at the wheel?

    Im wondering what the deal is today.. I signed up for a VPS 3 days ago.. JPC was my first choice because I had a server here a few months ago and had no issues.. Now I can't seem to even get a server (and yes I paid..)

    Ive sent in an order, a paypal payment, 4 emails, and 2 phone messages.. and as of now I still have not received a single reply from a person.. Is anybody else experiencing this?

    As DLMunson said, sales is only open Monday through Friday. Shared accounts are usually set up automatically when you place an order, but VPS accounts are all done by hand. The sales office will be opening very soon. When they open they process all waiting orders in the order tehy are received. You should have your new account up and running pretty soon.

    Em hmm.

    I guess I wouldn't be so heated if I had seen that maybe on the order form or on the site somewhere..

    As another newbie to Jaguar, I will tell you these guys go out of their way to help wherever and whenever they can!

    I was beginning to think service and help no longer existed, Jag has proved that theory is a load of ****'s

    You might not always get everything you want as quickly as you want, but you will get your problems solved if I am any example.
